EVERYONE from front desk, tech to PA were extremely friendly and competent. Answered all questions and ran appropriate tests. Been to others in the area. This one is my favorite.

I had taken my spouse as she was having an issue with her recently down ear piercing. It had been infected and the earring had got embedded and we had to have it removed . We went to this Feb opened doctors urgent care, the registration was smooth. The facility is neat and clean. The medical assistant was very professional and swift. The provider was very patient, calm and explained what she was seeing and what needed to be done. She skillfully removed it and all the while talking and keeping us calm. Highly recommended for Urgent care services. A 'will visit again' if a need arises.

I had to run into urgent care to take care of my infected ear piercing . I was not so sure that this urgent care will address this issue or not , because my previous urgent care experiences ( always they refer to ER instead) . But the provider ( Mindy I guess ) was very confident and she took it out easily with minimal pain . Through out the procedure she made sure i was comfortable by talking and asking about my pain level . strongly recommend this place.
