Frequently asked questions

Find answers to common questions about our services, hours, and what to expect during your visit at Doctors Urgent Care.

  • Our providers are trained to see a wide range of patients from 8 weeks and up.

  • Our providers understand that emergencies happen. While we don't provide preventative primary care, we will provide short-term refills on non-controlled medications, at the discretion of the provider working. For questions on your specific medication, please call us directly.

  • If you have health issues requiring ongoing treatment or monitoring, you'll still need a regular primary care provider. However, Doctors Urgent Care is here for those occasional illnesses and injuries that need immediate attention or to bridge the gap until you can see your PCP.

  • If you think you or someone else could suffer significant harm or die without prompt attention, seek emergency care — or call 911 immediately.
