Hamenti is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at our urgent care clinic, bringing a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her role. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Hamenti earned her advanced degrees from Chamberlain University and has since become a versatile provider, adept at assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with acute conditions. As an urgent care nurse practitioner, she skillfully manages everything from ordering labs and X-rays to performing a variety of procedures, including suturing, applying staples, and incision and drainage (I&D).  

Hamenti's journey into healthcare was shaped by her early exposure to the hospital industry, which made her realize she wanted a career where she could combine her love for science and her desire to help people. Urgent care was a natural fit for her, as she enjoys the fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same.   

In addition to her work in urgent care, Hamenti is proud of earning her Post-Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health and passionate about being a resource and advocate for removing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.   

Outside of her professional life, Hamenti enjoys cooking, watching movies, reading, and catching up on sleep.
