Jennifer is the Front Office Medical Assistant Lead at our Northlake clinic, where she ensures a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered experience for everyone who walks through the door. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Jennifer brings a strong sense of community and dedication to her role. With her additional training as a Non-Certified Technician (NCT), she plays a vital leadership role, providing support to both her colleagues and the patients we serve.  

Jennifer chose a career in healthcare to be part of a rapidly evolving field filled with new challenges and opportunities. She has always enjoyed helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Working in urgent care medicine allows her to do just that, while also staying updated on the latest medical knowledge and guidelines. One of the aspects she enjoys most is building connections with patients, as these relationships are central to providing effective, compassionate care.  

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends, traveling to new destinations, playing golf, and gardening.
